Extension of Cleansing Prospectus Offer Period

PolarX Limited (ASX:PXX) advises that the closing date of the offer pursuant to its cleansing prospectus dated 16 May 2018 (“Prospectus”) has been extended to 31 July 2018. The primary purpose of the Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions in relation to the securities that were issued pursuant to the May 2018 placement, as per the announcement of 16 May 2018.
