Completion of Escrow Period
Pointerra Limited advises that the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow conditions on 30 June 2019:
143,352,104 ordinary fully paid shares
The holders of these securities had agreed to a 12 month voluntary escrow period, which expires on 30 June 2019.
The Company expects to secure a further voluntary escrow period from the holders of these securities and will update the market on the exact quantum once the relevant agreements have been executed.
