Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“SOI” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement by the Company regarding an option to acquire a Malaysian based property developer.
The Company requests the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 23[rd] April 2014, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
