MIDDLE EAST AGREEMENT NOW SIGNED
Further to the announcement by Soil Sub Technologies Limited (“Soil Sub”) on the 28 October 2008 concerning the signing of a Heads of Agreement for the Middle East region, Soil Sub is pleased to announce that a formal agreement has now been signed.
This Agreement is between Soil Sub and Australian Gulf Investments Limited (“AGI”), and covers 24 countries and territories in the Middle East and North African region.
A joint venture company named Soil Sub Middle East Pty Ltd (“Soil Sub Middle East”) has been formed, and is jointly owned by Soil Sub and AGI. This joint venture company will pursue opportunities and arrangements in the countries and territories named in the Agreement for the sale of product and/or licenses where appropriate.
Soil Sub is delighted to be involved with AGI due to the latter company’s extensive network of contacts and associations throughout the region at the highest level of commerce and government.
It is proposed initially to manufacture NutriMix™ in Australia and ship to the Middle East to fast track business opportunities in this region. Already, since Soil Sub’s announcement of the signing of the Heads of Agreement, a number of substantial enquiries have been received from the United Arab Emirates.
Representatives of AGI are currently travelling in the region to fast track the various business opportunities that are already opening up.
