Incentive for employees of Podravka d.d. and Belupo d.d. for achieving business results in 2015

• Company incentive payment for which more than HRK 6 million will be allocated

After Podravka d.d. determined draft resolution for dividend payment to shareholders amounting to HRK 7.00 gross per share, which is about HRK 50 million, a resolution on paying company incentive has also been reached.

Compliant to PODRAVKA Group Collective Agreement, Podravka d.d. Management Board reached a resolution on paying a special incentive to employees, based on their contribution to achieving business results for the past business year 2015

This special incentive will be paid by late May, for which the employer will allocate more than HRK 6 million in total.

"Paying the company incentive, we wish to provide our employees with a special reward for their contribution in achieving the business results in 2015. Last year the historic net profit was achieved, company share profit was increased, and Žito acquisition realised. The times of new challenges and further strengthening of the company are ahead, aiming to create the biggest international company headquartered in Croatia. We believe that paying the company incentive will be an additional stimulus for our employees and that in the current year we will be prepared to give our best in creating the future of our company" – Zvonimir Mršić, Podravka d.d. Management Board president said.

To recap, Podravka Group realized in the past year an income increase of 7.8 percent and realized net profit of HRK 397 million.
