Re: Podravka continues the successful restructuring process - notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that Podravka provides for surplus workers through the Provision Program and announces employment of new apprentices with required professional references.

As suggested by the Unions, the Management Board has reached a resolution to continue the Provision Program for surplus workers, with severance payments amounting to HRK 4,000.00 for each year spent at the company, and thus continues the restructuring process.
