Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company has released 600 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category A.

Shares have been released by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 10 th May 2016 at an average price of HRK 346.00 per share.
