PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Joint Stock Company for Compulsory Pension Funds management has acquired for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B 5.040 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 16 th December 2014 at an average price of HRK 280,00 per share.
