Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252, hereby informs you as follows:

• Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for Auto Hrvatska pension fund 49 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 29 th August 2012 at an average price of HRK 212.50 per share.
