Supervisory Board and also the Management Board President of Allianz ZB d.o.o. • Allianz ZB d.o.o. Obligatory Pension Fund Company has acquired for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund 5,310 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 4 June 2012 at an average price of HRK 218.00 per share.
