Supervisory Board and also the Management Board President of Allianz ZB d.o.o. Obligatory Pension Fund Company, PODRAVKA d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252, hereby informs you as follows:

• Allianz ZB d.o.o. Obligatory Pension Fund Company has acquired for AZ obligatory pension fund 3.264 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 1 June 2012 at an average price of HRK 217.80 per share.
