Re: Closing of the transaction regarding share purchase in Studenac d.o.o. – notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and following the notice published on 20th September 2016, we hereby inform that the transaction according to the Share Purchase Agreement regarding sale of the business share in our subsidiary Studenac d.o.o. Lipik, Matije Gupca street 120, MBS: 070116739 is closed and that as of 20th December 2016 the entire business share in that company was transferred to the buyer Radenska d.o.o., Boračeva 37, 9252 Radenci, Slovenia.

This transaction also includes the transfer of Podravka's protected trademarks applied on the beverage products program.
