Re: Merger of limited liability company - notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that the subsidiary company DANICA d.o.o. has been merged with PODRAVKA Inc. as of 1 st October 2015 by Ruling no: Tt-15/3236-2 of the Commercial Court in Varaždin dated 1 st October 2015.

As of the date of entering the merger in the court register, the stated subsidiary company cease to exist, and PODRAVKA Inc. as the sole member – holder of 100% share in the stated company, becomes the legal successor of the merged company.

By this merger PODRAVKA Inc. has created conditions necessary to focus on development of the processed meat products portfolio for strengthening of competitive position for this product segment.

This notice will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and PODRAVKA Inc. web site.
