Regarding to the inquiry received today in relation to the article published in today's edition of Jutarnji list entitled "Taking over Ledo?", which states: "It remains to be seen if Podravka, with an infusion of new capital, will finally make a larger acquisition. In the last few days, rumours about a takeover of Ledo that has been agreed on with Agrokor is renewed," in which you request an immediate notice thereof by the Company, we hereby declare as follows:
