Podravka is not negotiating with MK Group on corporate merger

Regarding news readings published in Slobodna Dalmacija on 5 January 2014, entitled "Srbijanski kralj šećera: "Želim se udružiti s Podravkom i investirati milijune u Hrvatsku", ("Serbian king of sugar: I want to merge with Podravka and invest millions in Croatia", Podravka emphasizes that it is not negotiating with MK Group on any form of ownership or corporate merger, but only on possible business cooperation between the two companies on some markets.

Podravka will inform the public in due time regarding the outcomes of the above mentioned negotiations.
