Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Senka Peroš, director of the Company ŽITO d.o.o., Ljubljana, based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on January 19th 2022 acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company outside the regulated market, through the authorised company BKS bank AG.

By trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange Senka Peroš released 1,600 ordinary shares of the Company on January 19th 2022.

In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transaction is stated on the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
