Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 116 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No. 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that the Company on 17th June 2019 received the Notice from Ms. Dubravka Rehorović, Planning and System director, that on 11th June 2019 released 403,00 ordinary shares of the Company - by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange, through the authorised broker Podravska banka d.d.
