Re: Acquisition of PODRAVKA Inc. shares - Notice pursuant to the Article 464 of the Capital Market Law
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. Article 464 of the Capital Market Law and Article 122 of the Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on 19th January 2017, Mr. Zvonimir Mršić, President of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 50 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A at the average price of HRK 384.89 per share.
