Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Mr Hrvoje Kolarić, Member of the Management board of PODRAVKA Inc. and president of the Management board of BELUPO Inc., has released 4,000 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. with the symbol PODR-R-A within the realisation of the PODRAVKA Inc. share purchase option right.

Shares have been released by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 30th November 2015 at the average net price of HRK 327.85 per share.
