Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of PODRAVKA Inc. Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company has acquired 16,089 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category B.

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 28 th August 2015 at an average price of HRK 320.06 per share.
