Re: Notice pursuant to Article 464 of the Capital Market Law - acquisition of Podravka Inc. shares

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also president of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company has acquired 23,677 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category A 1,500 shares and
• for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category B 22,177 shares.

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 4 th March 2015 at an average price of HRK 300.00 per share.
