Allianz ZB d.o.o. obligatory pension fund management company has acquired for AZ Obligatory Pension Fund Category A 621 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 19 th February 2015 at an average price of HRK 288.46 per share.
