Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs as follows:

• Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for Auto Hrvatska pension fund 17 ordinary shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 4 th June 2013 at an average price of HRK 236.00 per share.
