Re: Notice pursuant to Article 464 of the Capital Market Law - acquisition of Podravka Inc. shares

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of Podravka Inc. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, Podravka Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252, hereby informs that Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired 700 shares of Podravka Inc. of the PODR-R-A ticker as follows:

• for AZ Profit has acquired 600 ordinary shares,
• for AZ Zagreb has acquired 100 ordinary shares,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 28 th May 2013 at an average price of HRK 247.00 per share.
