Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, and considering the fact that Mr. Dinko Novoselec is the member of PODRAVKA d.d. Supervisory Board and also procurator of Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company, PODRAVKA d.d., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252, hereby informs as follows:

• Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for AZ ZABA pension fund 630 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 4 th December 2012 at an average price of HRK 270,50 per share.
