• Allianz ZB d.o.o. voluntary pension funds management company has acquired for Auto Hrvatska pension fund 72 ordinary shares of PODRAVKA d.d. of the PODR-R-A ticker,
• shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 27 June 2012 at an average price of HRK 215.02 per share.
