Re: Acquisition of shares of PODRAVKA d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Mr. Miroslav Repić, PODRAVKA d.d. Management Board member from Koprivnica, acquired 183 shares of Podravka d.d. purchasing them at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on November 14th 2011.

The acquired shares comprise 0,0034% of the share capital and provide 0,0035% votes at the General Assembly.

The shares were purchased at the price of HRK 249,50 per share.

After this acquisition Mr. Miroslav Repić owns 294 shares, comprising 0,0054% of the share capital and provides 0,0056% votes at the General Assembly.
