Podravka d.d. has received a notice by InterCapital Securities as follows:

"Pursuant to Article 114 of the Capital Market Law (The Official Gazette 88/08, 146/08 and 74/09) and Article 7, Item 3, clause b) of the Rulebook on publishing trading information (The Official Gazette 5/09; hereinafter The Rulebook), we hereby publish the following information on transaction performed outside the regular market or MTF, i.e. on the sale of shares issued by Podravka food processing industry, by the holder FIMA AMI Ltd. ("Collateral debtor", in the proceedings of out-of-court settlement by collateral of ensured claims, compliant to an order by CAPITA TRUST COMPANY limited, registered headquarters at The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU and business address 7th Floor, Phoenix House, 18 King William Street, London EC4N /HE, England ("Collateral creditor") and OTP Bank PLC., Nador 21, 1051 Budapest, Hungary ("Payee"). The financial instrument has been listed in the regular market managed by the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
