Re: BADEL 1862 d.d. – Non-Binding Bid - Public tender for strategic alliance and refinancing – notice

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform you that Podravka Inc. submited a joint non-binding bid together with JM Fundus d.o.o. and Questus Private Equity d.o.o. to the public tender for strategic alliance and refinancing of the company BADEL 1862 d.d. – as part of the pre-bankruptcy proceedings, with the purpose of continuing the business operations of that company.

With the above stated bid, Podravka Inc. and mentioned investors expressed an interest in conducting the proceedings of financial and operating restructuring of the joint stock company BADEL 1862.
