Re: Podravka Management Board reached a resolution on establishing a new organizational unit - Research and Development

Podravka Management Board reached a resolution on establishing a new organizational unit – Research and Development, as part of the strategic business area Food and Beverages. Research and Development department will include the following units: Product Development, Technology development and investment projects, Ecology development, Agriculture development, Quality Control and Business Quality. Within the next 10 days there will be a competition announced for a director of this department.

Apart from this resolution on establishing a new organizational unit, Podravka Management Board also reached a resolution on appointing new Podravka Group general secretary, and a Human Resources director.

Branka Perković was appointed new Podravka Group general secretary, and she is transferring to this position from the position of Belupo Management Board Member. As Podravka Group general secretary she will be in charge of the following organizational units within Podravka Group: Management Board Office, Office of Management Board president and members, Legal affairs and Human resources management.

Apart from appointing Podravka Group general secretary, Jasenka Maltarić Dujnić was appointed new director of Human Resources department, and she is coming to this position from the position of Human Resources director at Belupo.

New appointments come into force as of 1 April 2012.
