Re: Notice pursuant to the provisions of Article 459 of the Capital Market Law – Changes in the Management and Supervisory Board of Danica d.o.o.
Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform you that PODRAVKA d.d. Management Board, acting as the General Assembly of Danica d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company), passed the decisions related to the changes in the Management and Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Management Board recalled Mr. Ţeljko Tonklin from the position of the Company director as of 31st May 2012, and appointed Mr. Dragan Habdija to the position of the company director, as of 1st June 2012.
Newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the Company are Mr. Miroslav Klepač – a president of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Zvonimir Mršić – a member of the Supervisory Board.
