In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Podium Minerals Limited (ASX:POD) ( the Company ) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, 17 November 2021.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution ( the Constitution ) the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Wednesday, 6 October 2021. The Constitution requires nominations be received in writing, signed by the nominee or a Shareholder proposing the nominee, and be delivered to the Company’s registered office by close of business on that date.
