The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Plambeck: The result prognosticated currently is surpassing all expectations by at least 50 % Cuxhaven, 15th Feb. 2001 – According to a current prognosis Plambeck’s result for the year 2000 is exceeding all expectations of 8.6 million DEM before tax by at least 50 %. With this result Plambeck Neue Energien AG has again surpassed its target figures in the division Power Generation from renewable energy since its introduction on the German Stock Exchange in December 1998. This reflects the dynamic development of the business activities. The participation in Solar Energie-Technik GmbH and the take-over of the wind farm developer Norderland Nature Energy AG will have an important effect not before 2001. All wind farms with 51 wind turbine generators scheduled for 2000 had been financed, installed and connected to the grid. Thus the installed capacity of 202 wind turbine generators including Norderland’s wind turbines is more than 191 MW. The construction of more than 150 wind turbine generators with a total capacity of 230 MW is scheduled to start in 2001. On the basis of the turn over, the installed capacity and the projects nearing implementation the company can be considered as the market leader.
