(b) Retirement of Director On December 19, 2008, Plumas Bancorp announced that Jerry V. Kehr will retire from the Board of Directors of Plumas Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Plumas Bank, effective December 31, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Mr. Kehr's retirement from the Board of Directors of the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
