Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 19, 2007 Plumas Bank entered into Amended and Restated Director Retirement Agreements with the following nonemployee directors of the Company: Alvin Blickenstaff, Arthur C. Grohs, Jerry V. Kehr, Terrance J. Reeson, Thomas Watson and Daniel E. West. These agreements amend previous agreements with the Directors to reflect recent provisions of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A.
