Corrective Announcement

We refer to the ASX Announcement enclosing an Appendix 3B dated 8 September 2016 ( Appendix 3B ).

The Company wishes to advise that the exercise price for the 13,000,000 unlisted and unvested options issued under the Pilbara Minerals Limited Option Plan was incorrectly stated in the covering ASX Announcement.

As correctly stated in the Appendix 3B, the exercise price of the options is $0.626 per share.
