On January 4, 2012, Plexus Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the refinement of its guidance range for the fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 4, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing its intention to enter into a strategic manufacturing arrangement with Kontron AG, and also the refinement of its guidance range for the fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2011.
