Extension of Offer and Bond Cancellation

QUOTE

Extension of offer to purchase bonds

Further to Co Ann 209, the Board of Directors announces that the Company extends the offer to stand in the market for the balance of the remaining balance of €1,000,000 until the 31 December 2021 at a maximum price of €104.50 per Bond.

Bond Cancellation

The Board of Directors further announce that on the, 10 September 2021, the Company purchased a total of €70,000 in 3.9% unsecured bonds 2026 (MT0000121203). In accordance with section 5.9.3. of the Securities Note forming part of the Prospectus dated 11 August, 2016, the said bonds shall be cancelled forthwith and may not be re-issued or re-sold.
