PLANK ANNOUNCES PLANS OF VOTIGO INC. TO ACQUIRE LAUGHTON MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

Vancouver, BC – August 17, 2020. Plank Ventures Ltd. ( “Plank” ) is pleased to announce that Votigo, Inc. ( “Votigo” ) of San Francisco, California, which is controlled by Plank, has entered into a letter of intent (the “LOI” ) and is finalizing the terms of agreements to purchase 100% of Laughton Marketing Communications, Inc. ( “LMC” ), based in Rochester, New York.

LMC provides consulting and management of sweepstakes for its customers. Plank believes that LMC will be a natural synergy and source of clients for Votigo since Votigo products are software for sweepstakes.

Under the proposed transaction, Votigo plans to purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of LMC.

The LOI and the acquisition of LMC are subject to signing definitive agreements, which are at an advanced stage.
