Vancouver, B.C. – February 9, 2021. Plank Ventures Ltd. (“Plank” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bradley Carlyle to its board of directors, effective February 8, 2021.

Bradley Carlyle, CPA, CA brings over 10 years of executive level strategic financial and operational experience, including M&A work in both acquisition and divestiture transactions in the United States, Canada and Europe. Brad spent 5 years as Chief Financial Officer for a leading provider of SaaS-based onboarding automation software for financial services companies where he was influential in both the growth of the company as well as the ultimate sale to a US-Based private equity fund in 2018. Most recently, Brad has been providing consulting and advisory services to several clients in a broad range of industries including B2B SaaS, Real Estate Appraisal Services and Hospitality.
