Milan 4 October 2017 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. ("Pirelli") announces that with reference to the extraordinary incentive Plan named the Special Award in favour of a chosen group of high level executives and senior managers, including the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman, the Equity Value target on which the payment of the relative incentive was conditional was not reached.
