SpA, pari allo 0,066% del capitale sociale dell'emittente. Su dette azioni si estende automaticamente una garanzia costituita a presidio del finanziamento esistente, con permanenza del diritto di voto in capo a Camfin SpA. *** Camfin SpA, indirectly controlled company by Marco Tronchetti Provera through Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. SpA, purchased on 20 May 2025 no. 655,000 Pirelli shares, equal to 0.066% share capital of Pirelli. A guarantee set up to secure the existing loan is automatically extended over these shares. Camfin SpA maintains all the voting rights.
