PIRELLI: PAOLO FIORENTINO AND GAETANO MICCICHE' RESIGN FROM BOARD

Milan, 11 August 2015 – Pirelli announces that - following changes to the shareholder structure of Pirelli board members Paolo Fiorentino and Gaetano Miccichè have resigned from the company's Board of Directors with effect from today.

Pirelli wishes to thank Mr. Fiorentino and Mr. Miccichè for their contributions to the group.
