Grant of Awards under the Company's 2018 Deferred Bonus Share Scheme (the 'DBSS') and the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP')

The Company announces that on 30 March 2026, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities 'PDMRs' were granted awards over Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each in the Company under the 2018 DBSS and LTIP schemes. The number of shares was calculated using a market price of £6.698, being the average market share price for the three days preceding the award date.
