We wish to inform you that the 74[th] Annual General Meeting of Pfizer Limited will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 3.00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’).
It may be further noted that the Notice of the 74[th] AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, have been sent to all the Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company / Depository Participant(s), only through electronic mode on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
