Oslo, 24 March 2021: Reference is made to the announcement on 18 March 2021 regarding issuance of new shares by Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or the "Company", Oslo Børs ticker "PEXIP") in connection with exercise of employee options. The new share capital pertaining to these new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the registered share capital of Pexip is NOK 1,557,260.745, comprising 103,817,383 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.015.
