Petards, the AIM quoted listed developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, is pleased to announce that the resolutions put to shareholders at today's General Meeting have been duly approved. The resolutions passed included Resolution 1 which gives the Company the authority to issue the shares and convertible loan notes in satisfaction of its offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Water Hall Group plc, the first closing date for which is 1.00 p.m. on 13 August 2013.
