Ref: Our earlier intimation under reference no. NSE & BSE / 2021-22 / 40 dated June 22, 2021

We refer to our above-referred intimation pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 where the Company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 and will continue on Thursday, July 22, 2021 and Friday, July 23, 2021 through Tele-conferencing in terms of the MCA Notification (F. No. 1/32/2013-CL-V-Part) dated March 19, 2020 and its extensions from time to time to consider inter alia, the following businesses:

1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. In the said intimation, it was also intimated that the Board will consider the aforesaid Business Items on Friday, July 23, 2021.

Please note that the above meeting has been rescheduled and as per the revised schedule, the meeting of Board of Directors will now be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 and will continue on Friday, July 23, 2021. The Board will consider Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 on Thursday, July 22, 2021. The Board will continue the other agenda items on 2[nd] day of the meeting i.e. on Friday, July 23, 2021.

The Company will hold investor/ analyst call on Friday, July 23, 2021. During such call, the Management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and comment on business outlook. Details of the call will be published on the Company's website in due course.

The rest details mentioned in our above-referred letter dated June 22, 2021 remain unchanged.
