Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and intimation of closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 and will continue on Thursday, July 22, 2021 and Friday, July 23, 2021 through tele conferencing, to consider inter alia, the following businesses:

1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Please note that the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Friday, July 23, 2021.

The Company will hold investor / analyst call post Board Meeting. The details of the said call will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately in due course followed by its publication on the Company’s website.

Also, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed from Thursday, June 24, 2021 to Sunday, July 25, 2021 .

The Trading Window will re-open from Monday, July 26, 2021 unless communicated otherwise.
