In terms of Regulation 30 and any other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 31[st] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 through Video Conferencing /Other Audio-Visual Means. The Notice convening the 31[st] AGM will be sent to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 15, 2021 to Wednesday, July 21, 2021 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM.

Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the cut-off date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes for the businesses to be transacted at the ensuing 31[st] AGM of the Company is fixed as Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
